OBSERVED THE OTHER LADDER ON THE DEEP END WITH A BROKEN STEP. CA: DISCUSSED WITH PIC THAT ALL RAILINGS AND LADDERS WILL BE FIXED AND SECURED WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH CLOSE WATCH ON ALL SWIMMERS UNTIL REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE. THE LADDER WITH A BROKEN STEP WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.
