CA: Charlton EH instructed CFSM to have the concrete sealed to prevent any spills/leaks from seeping into the exposed concrete. CFSM had maintenance start caulking the outside WIF. CFSM stated that the concrete floor in the kitchen was scheduled to be sealed in two (2) days and they would have that company repair the other damaged sections of concrete.

CA: Charlton EH ordered the entire kitchen to be immediately cleaned and sanitized. The only reason why the FSE was not immediately shut down is because there is no food being served nor is there any food on site. PIC stated that contractors were in the kitchen the day before working on equipment and it looked like one of them scraped off their shoe on what they thought was a floor drain.
