Observed furniture with peeled varnish in rooms 216 and 214 while a tear was observed on the chair in room 214. RCA: Ensure all furnishings are in good condition and repair at all times

Observed build up on the ice machine baffle on the second floor. RCA: Set a cleaning schedule that includes cleaning the ice baffle. Increase the cleaning frequency if necessary

Observed staining on mattress cover & protector in rooms 100,126,134,200, and 228.

RCA: After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly

RCA: Told PIC to increase the cleaning frequency

No Gas-fired equipment inspection observed. Advised PIC to ensure the gas-fired equipment inspection report is on file at the property at all times

Observed A/C vent is loose above rooms 236 and 234. Also observed the ceiling removed, showing roof rafters in the additional storage room. Advised PIC to ensure the ceilings and ceiling fixtures are in good repair at all times
