-Observed employee's bottle of water stored on prep surface. CA: PIC removed drink and discarded. RCA: Educated PIC on proper storage of employee beverages. Must have lid and straw. Drinks cannot be stored over or on prep areas. Drinks cannot be stored over or next to food product, single service items or clean dishes.

-Observed bags of onions stored on floor in dry goods area. CA: PIC elevated identified items 6 inches off floor. RCA: Educated PIC on maintaining food items elevated 6 inches off floor to avoid contamination.
