Upon futher investigation found that the sanitzer tubing was placed in the dish detergne t and the tubing for the detergent was placed in the sanitzer. COS Assisted manager with placing the tubing into the correct chemical containers. Dish machine primed, cycled , and retested. Concentration at 50-100 ppm.
