RCA: Staff members shall properly restrain hair ensuring it is tied back to prevent contamination. Staff members shall wear hairnets while actively preparing food.

Observed mold-like growth on racks and gaskets within reach-in cooler.

RCA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
