observed multiple vegetable peelers with food debris on blades stored in a clean utensil area.
COS CA: PIC placed items in the 3-compartment sink to be rewashed. RCA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed multiple employee drinks on shelf above and next to sushi prep area. Observed phone and keys stored above the food prep area.
CA COS: PIC removed items and placed in a designated area. RCA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions
