Observed hot water to not be working at hand sink upfront. Cold water is working just not the hot water. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.
RCA: Told PIC that they need to reach out to a plumber as soon as possible to ensure that the hand sink has both cold and hot water.
