Observed staining on mattress pad in rooms 210,217 and 229. Observed staining on mattress covers in rooms, 126,206,217, and 229. Observed staining on pillow case in room 133. Observed tear on comforter in room 124.

Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F
