Observed TCS whipped butter packets out of temperature control in the bagging area with a TPHC sticker from 11/2 (2 days old). Temperature of butter 79F. Stated butter likely came out at 5 or 6am that morning. COS: PIC discarded butter and started a new container from cooler with correct 4-hour time sticker. Rule: The food shall be marked accurately or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
