COS: PIC removed single-use items and replaced with a scoop with handle. CA: Scoops shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container;

Observed both soda machines to have a black like substance built-up.
RCA: Told PIC to make sure that they are thoroughly cleaning the soda machine and not just soaking them. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
