Observed raw shell eggs stored next to zucchini and above carrots in the walk-in cooler. Observed a piece of chicken stored in same container as onions in the prep top cooler across from grill.
COS/CA; PIC seperated food items in walk in cooler. PIC tossed onions that were contaminated by the chicken. Food shall be seperated based on cooking temp with ready to eat foods on top and chicken on the bottom. (1. RTE 2. Seafood 3. Whole cuts of beef and pork 4. Ground beef and pork 5. Chicken).
