Observed raw beef and pork stored over salsa and crema sauce in the reach-in by the cook line. Observed raw shrimp and octopus stored between prepared vegetables (pico) and cooked shrimp in the prep top cooler.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed no soap available at the hand sink in the main kitchen.
CA: PIC placed stocked the sink with soap. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed no paper towels at the hand sinks in the bar and main kitchen.
CA: PIC placed paper towels at the hand sinks. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:
- Individual, disposable towels;
- A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel;
- A heated-air hand drying device.
