Observed handwashing sink by front service to be blocked by a broom and dustpan and was not easily accessible. Observed dishes in handwashing sink adjacent to 3-compartment sink.

COS: PIC moved broom and dustpan to allow access to hand washing sink. PIC removed dishes from basin of sink, sanitized basin, and made the hand washing sink readily available to all employees. CA: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - Using a Handwashing Sink. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Observed single service to go container being used as a scoop in bulk flour. PIC discarded scoop. Educated PIC on using utensil commercial grade scoop with a handle. Handle must be facing outside of food product.
