Observed jugs of fryer oil on floor near walk-in cooler and near hand wash sink across from fryers - exposed to possible contamination from hand sink.
COS: PIC picked up fryer oil from floor and placed 6 inches up off the ground. CA: 511-6-1.04(4)(q) - Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food: In a clean, dry location. Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination and at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.

Observed cardboard box of cakes (with clear wrapping on top) to be stored in direct contact with water that was pooling in bottom of reach-in cooler.
COS: PIC removed cakes and discarded. CA: Packaged food may not be stored in direct contact with ice or water if the food is subject to the entry of water because of the nature of its packaging, wrapping, or container or positioning in the ice or water.
