Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed the handwashing sink at the bar to be inaccessible for proper handwashing due to beer boxes and napkins stored inside the sink (see attached photo).
RCA: 511-6-1-.06(2)(o) – Using a Handwashing Sink; Operation & Maintenance
A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed no paper towels available at the bar handwashing sink to properly dry hands.
RCA: 511-6-1-.07(3)(b) – Hand Drying Provision Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:
Individual, disposable towels;
A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel;
A heated-air hand drying device; or
A hand-drying device that employs an air-knife system delivering high-velocity, pressurized ambient air.

Observed reach-in unit gaskets in the bar area to have an accumulation of heavy black-like buildup.
