Observed heavy build-up of pink and black slime on baffle of all ice machines.

RCA: PIC shall have ice machines cleaned and sanitized per manufacturer's instructions. After sanitation, the first batch of ice shall be burned, then the second batch of ice may be used for consumption

Observed the basin of the bathtub in room 136 to have irregular surface and heavy scratching.

RCA: Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed staining on all mattresses in rooms 103, 116, 123, 131, 144, 158, 164, and 248.

RCA: RCA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly

Observed heavy buildup of dirt on the baffle of the ice machine on all floors. Rule: Provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed leftover bacon, eggs, and sausage in the fridge with temperatures exceeding 41F. PIC discarded the specified items

Observed staining on mattress (rooms 114,120,123,207,280), pillowcases and mattress coverings (rooms 123,206,207,139,280). Heavy debris on mattresses (rooms 138,139). CA: PIC will remove soiled items and will deep clean mattresses. PIC will replace torn mattress pads in rooms

Observed no inspection report and tourist accommodation permit posted at the time of inspection.

CA: PIC will obtain last inspection report and TA permit.

RCA: Any person operating a tourist accommodation shall obtain and display a valid DPH tourist accommodation permit issued by the Health Authority. Inspection report must be made available by the tourist accommodation operator to the public upon request
