Observed a bag of crab cakes dated 10/30, waffle mix w/ butter dated 10/31, sliced pork dated 10/7, corned beef dated 10/14 and hollandaise sauce dated 11/1 held in multiple reach-in coolers in main kitchen. COS: PIC discarded of all items held past 7 days in coolers.
