Observed food containers wet-stacked on dish drying rack. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. COS= Corrected on Site. PIC had employee unstack wet containers so they were able to air-dry properly.

Observed dishwashing machine in facility not pulling any chlorine sanitizer to properly sanitize dishes. RCA: Employees shall use the 3-compartment sink unit until dish machine is fixed. CA: PIC fixed dish machine at the end of inspection.

Observed food prep employee with bracelet on. RCA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Educated PIC on employee jewelry while prepping food.
