Observed Drain cover(s) missing at the Fruit/Vegetable prep sink, Mop sink area, and handwashing room.

RCA:511-6-1.06(2)(r) - System Maintained in Good Repair (P, C) (r) System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair.

Observed single milk cartons being held inside reach-in coolers above minimum safe temperature (41F). Milk had been placed into cooler 10mins prior to inspection. COS: Milk was placed under time control as serviced ends prior to maximum to 4hour time period. Milk was able to be iced down; however, the quantity of milk cartons was just for lunch service. PIC has put in maintenance order for reach-in coolers to get serviced.

1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule.

2. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Observed build-up on the baffle of the ice machine.

RCA: PIC shall empty, wash, rinse, and sanitize the inside and baffle of the ice machine. (a) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils.

1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
