Observed single milk cartons being held inside reach-in coolers above minimum safe temperature (41F). Milk had been placed into cooler 10mins prior to inspection. COS: Milk was placed under time control as serviced ends prior to maximum to 4hour time period. Milk was able to be iced down; however, the quantity of milk cartons was just for lunch service. PIC has put in maintenance order for reach-in coolers to get serviced.
