Observed build of food crumbs and debris within reach in coolers and freezers throughout the facility. Observed mold-like build up within the gaskets of cold holding units. RCA: PIC shall increase the cleaning frequency of equipment to prevent accumulation of debris or dust. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
