2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed hand sink near walk-in coolers to have food debris build-up and a dirty sanitizer rag.
COS: PIC removed soiled rag and cleaned basin of hand wash sink. CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed hand-wash sink near walk-in coolers to not reach 85F.
RCA: PIC shall have plumber come and adjust hot water so it may achieve a 85F water temperature. PIC shall have staff use hand wash sink next to drive through as it has adequate temperature. CA: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed food debris under and around cushions in front lobby seating area. Observed all cushions in lobby area to have staining. RCA: PIC shall have lobby cleaned at a frequency that avoids food debris build-up. Cushions in front lobby shall be cleaned or replaced at earliest discretion. CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
