Observed multiple food items holding above 41F in walk-in cooler. COS: PIC discarded all TCS food items held more than 4 hours. All other TCS items placed on ice bath to rapidly cool.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed handwashing sink behind bar to have sponge and ice inside. RCA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing
