Observed multiple single use utensils (cups, lids) to be stored on the ground in the main kitchen dry storage area. Observed multiple single use cups and lids stored on the ground in the front food service area. CA: PIC shall place all items at least 6 inches off the ground. RCA: cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: In a clean, dry location; Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor.

Observed employee food stored within reach-in cooler in back kitchen area intermingled with facility food. CA: PIC rearranged cooler to have facility food on the left side of cooler and employee food to be stored on right side of cooler.

Observed back hand sink blocked on two sides with prep tables and a power cord extending above the basin to the nearest outlet. The hand sink was not readily available and easy to access. CA: PIC moved the front prep table and will find alternative power source for blender.
