Observed multiple single use utensils (cups, lids) to be stored on the ground in the main kitchen dry storage area. Observed multiple single use cups and lids stored on the ground in the front food service area. CA: PIC shall place all items at least 6 inches off the ground. RCA: cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: In a clean, dry location; Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor.
