Observed no soap at handsink located near the dish pit area of the kitchen. CA: PIC replaced with soap RCA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink located at the bar area. CA: PIC provided paper towels.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
Observed no high heat test strips for the dishwasher in the facility. CA: PIC shall obtain proper test strips for dishwasher. RCA: In hot water mechanical ware washing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed large amount of grease build up on the floor next to the fryers. CA: PIC shall deep clean area next to fryer. RCA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
