Observed dishwasher not producing a chemical residue at time of inspection. PIC primed the unit and ran multiple times without a residue being detected. RCA: PIC contacted dishwasher repair company to service the unit. Unit shall not be operational until verified by the Chatham County Health Department. Dishwashers shall be checked twice daily prior to use to ensure proper sanitation of dishware.
