Prep-Top Cooler held chopped lettuce at 62 degrees, spinach dip at 54 degrees, boiled eggs at 55 degrees. Two-door reach in cooler held raw chicken wings at 46 degrees. CA: TCS foods must be held at 41 degrees or below. All TCS food held over 4 hours were discarded and other items moved into walk in cooler. Facility voluntarily closed due to lack of cold holding equipment. CFSM will call Health Department once coolers are repaired to reopen.
