Observed no date on opened container of cream cheese. PIC stated the chef manager opened the container on 1/4/26.

1. Observed no date on pre-portioned containers of chicken salad. PIC stated that chicken salad is purchased from store and packaged onsite. Chicken salad must be dated with date container was opened and must be used by manufacturers expiration date or within 7 days, whichever comes first.

Observed two half gallon containers of skim milk that expired 4/4/25 stored in front reach-in cooler. . Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date.
