Observed gap underneath front door. Outer openings must be protected from pest entry. Must close gap by adding new door sweep or adjusting door to be tight fitting.

Observed rust accumulation on walls of walk in cooler. Also observed mold-like accumulation on wall behind 3 compartment sink. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Must address immediately.

Observed light bulb broken and protective shield missing in dry storage area. Must fix asap.
