Dishwasher dish rack no longer easily cleanable. Replace rack with a smooth/easily cleanable rack free of accumulations.

Mold on caulk above 3 compartment sink. Buildup on walls and under equipment.
Replace caulk around 3 compartment sink. Work to deep clean facility pulling out refrigerators and equipment de-greasing/scrubbing floors under and walls behind.
