Flow meter stuck - repair/replace

No Baby Changing stations in restrooms - Install diaper changing stations in both restrooms.

Flow meter was reading about 80GPM which is the lowest reading on the meter -Meter does not appear to be appropriately sized for system. -Achieve a flow rate of 129GPM or greater to meet turnover rates for this pool.

No current daily testing logs on-site. (Only CPO 2X Weekly Logs) Pools shall be tested twice daily for pH and chlorine, weekly for alkalinity, monthly for hardness, and twice monthly for cyanuric acid.
