Observed both gates not properly self-latching. Men's gate does not properly latch every time and women's gate only latches if door is pulled at a certain distance (only latches if door is pulled far but does not latch when door is closed at a shorter distance)

Pool gates must be self-closing/self-latching at every use.

At the time of the inspection, the pH of the spa was greater than 8.0. Adjust pH to acceptable range of 7.2- 7.8.

Observed self-latch mechanism missing from men's entrance into the pool and the gate on the women's side not self-latching. Pool gates must be self-closing/self-latching.

Emergency phone is not dialing to 911. When phone is picked up, it rings but no one from 911 answers. Attempted 4 times.

An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times. The emergency phone shall be capable of connecting to 911 and electronically transferring an automatic number identification and automatic locator identification of the pool emergency phone to the public safety answering point, if available. A 911 sign or the names and phone numbers of the nearest available police, fire, ambulance service or rescue unit shall be posted nearby.

Missing weirs for the skimmers.

Observed 0ppm chlorine.

Must check pH and chlorine twice a day and the logs must be maintained onsite.

pH and chlorine must be checked twice a day.

Observed no chlorine in the spa.

CPO must maintain the logs onsite.
