Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed both the hand sinks in the kitchen not working. There is a leak so the management cut off the water supply for both the sinks and using food preparation sink to wash hands for the last couple of days. Must get the hand sinks fixed in 48 hours. Observed the back door left open slightly. Must always keep the door closed at all times to prevent the entry of bugs/ pest/flies.

Both hot and cold water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink.
