36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(12) - (12) a safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.
Must check pH and chlorine twice a day and the readings must be logged.
21 - cyanuric acid level not exceeding maximum

Observed Cyanuric acid is greater than 100ppm. Must be below 90ppm. Ideal-30-50ppm.
35 - operator facility inspections performed; written documentation
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(5) - (5) the trained operator must perform a minimum of two visits weekly and be able to provide assistance whenever needed.
Records are not being maintained for a year round pool. Must keep records. CPO must check everything twice a week and the records must be maintained.
