5 - emergency phone operational and accessible

Emergency phone is working but the address registered is not the correct address. Must be 1345 Towne lake Hills South Drive. But it is registered as 1349 Towne Lake Hills South Drive.
36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(12) - (12) a safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.
Must check pH and chlorine twice a day and the readings must be logged. Observed chemicals readings are not checked twice a day.
21 - cyanuric acid level not exceeding maximum

Cyanuric acid was greater than 100 ppm. Must be below 90 ppm.
35 - operator facility inspections performed; written documentation
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(5) - (5) the trained operator must perform a minimum of two visits weekly and be able to provide assistance whenever needed.
Records are not being maintained as required. The pool operator must conduct their visits and note everything done (chemical levels, corrective actions if there are issues, etc.). This is a year round pool so this must be maintained throughout the year. CPO must check everything twice a week.
