Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Bar hand sink used as dump sink. Hose from back of Island Oasis machine in sink & straw from drink in drain. Hand sinks in bar & back of kitchen blocked with trash cans. Corrective action (CA): Hand sinks must be accessible/unblocked at all times & used only for hand washing. Person in charge (PIC) removed items in hand sink at bar, and removed trash cans blocking hand sinks.

Observed multiple bins of food in kitchen make table uncovered in bottom (raw mussels, lobster, lettuce, seafood sauce). CA: All foods must be covered in storage unless in active cooling. PIC covered items under make table.

Unlabeled bottle of chemicals at server station. CA: Common name of contents must be labeled on all chemicals transferred from original container. PIC labeled chemical bottle.
