Observed black mold-like growth on ice chute of ice machine. Observed few soda nozzles with black growth on them. CA: Ice machines must be cleaned and sanitized often enough to prevent mold-like growth. Soda nozzles must be sanitized every 24 hours and cleaned from all debris.
