Spring rolls cooling in deep pan in top of make table. Person in charge (PIC) moved spring rolls to walk-in cooler to facilitate rapid cooling.

Light gaps present along side and bottom of back door.

Scoop handle touching food in bulk rice containers and chili powder. PIC removed scoop handles from food.
