Observed sanitizer at ware washing machine less than 50 ppm chlorine. CA: Chlorine sanitizer must be between 50-100 ppm. Person in charge (PIC) replaced sanitizer container during inspection. Ware wash machine sanitizing at 50 ppm. C.O.S.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices

Observed leak at hot and cold water valves at back hand wash sink.
