Observed cracked plastic lids. Remove from use and replace.

Observed bulk salt and sugar on storage shelves in main kitchen with no label or worn off label. Bulk conainers should be labeled if removed from its original container to indicate contents. Person in charge (PIC) added labeling.

Observed employee drink on bottom shelf with no lid, next to single-use supplies at front line. Observed employee drink on storage shelf next to paper towels and bulk sugar. Corrective action (CA): Employee drinks in kitchen must be in a single-use disposable cup with a lid & straw; stored below and separate from all food and dry goods storage. Drink relocated.

Observed employee food on top shelf in walk-in cooler (WIC) over ranch and chips.

No test strips on-site for lactic acid sanitizer used to sanitize front dining tables.

Employee jacket stored on storage shelf in back hallway over rice and storage bins. Store all employee items below and separate.

Observed employee drink in reusable container and in bottle with no lid and straw. Corrective action (CA): Employee drinks in kitchen must be in a single-service cup with a lid and straw. Store below and separate from all food prep and storage. Drinks relocated.

No test strips on-site for lactic acid sanitizer used to clean dining room tables.

Two (2) First Aid Kits stored on shelf in right storage hallway over clean linens and soda boxes. Corrective action (CA): First Aid Kits and supplies must be stored below and separate from food, utensils, equipment, linens and single-use/single-service items. Kits relocated.
