Observed multiple time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods in left side make table held over 41F. Corrective action (CA): All TCS foods must be held at 41F or below for cold holding. Person in charge (PIC) discarded all TCS items held over 4 hours, and moved any under 4 hours to another cooler.

Make table cooler unable to cold hold at 41F or below. PIC called for service on cooler during inspection.
