Observed TCS foods cold hold above 41F in the front food service reach in cooler. Advised PIC all TCs foods shall cold hold at 41F or below. COS: PIC discarded products.

Observed chemical bottle stored on rack where dishes and utensils are stored. Advised PIC chemicals shall be stored a manner that prevents contamination.
