Observed facility operating without a certified food safety manager. Advised PIC at least 1 person shall be training and identified as a food safety manager (certified).
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed a sanitizer bucket stored in the basin of the hand sink. Advised PIC hand sinks shall be used for hand washing only.

Observed hand in the bar area without soap. Advised PIC all hand sinks shall be suppled with soap at all times.

Observed foods uncovered (apples, muffins, donuts) in the self service buffet area. Advised PIC all foods shall be covered to protect against contamination. COS: All foods were properly covered.
