Observed worker rinse knife off in hand wash sink and proceeded to cut fish into chunks to send out for an order, Hand was sink is for washing hands. Fish was discarded had worker get clean knife.

Build-up observed inside of ice machine. Iside and outside of bulk batter storage containers have build-up present. Shall be free of accumulations. COS worker cleaned during inspection.

Build up observed on sides of fryer and on sides of prep top cooler in kitchen Build-up observed on upper and lower shelves of prep tables in kitchen. Door track to reach in cooler has build up. Shall be free of accumulation.
