Observed the lifesaving equipment not present during inspection. Advised PIC the lifesaving equipment shall be available at all times. COS: Lifesaving equipment was provided.

Observed no record keeping records available. Advised PICX the CPO is required to perform two visits weekly to ensure pool is working properly.

Upon arrival, observed missing depth markers installed on pool deck located at change of slope. Advised CPO/PIC that depth markers shall be permanently installed at each change of slope in contrasting color in at least 4 inch letters and numbers. Also observed, upon arrival, "NO DIVING" permanent tiling not installed at each depth marker. Advised CPO/PIC that depth markers shall be permanently installed at each change of slope in contrasting color in at least 4-inch letters and numbers, and "NO DIVING" permanent tiling with at least 4 inch lettering shall be permanently installed at each depth marker.

Observed Universal no diving symbol/tiling not installed at all depth markers on the pool deck. Advised CPO/PIC that an international, universal no diving symbol/tiling shall be permanently installed at each depth marker of the pool deck. Advised to install by next resurfacing.
