8 - annual gas fired equipment inspection on file; gas units equipped with automatic safety and/or 100% cut-off pilot
Regulation: 511-6-2-.15(5) - heating and fire safety-inspection
Observed no annual gas fired equipment inspection report at time of inspection. Advised PIC all gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed hairs on ac unit for room 206; debris under couch for rooms: 101, 203, 205; missing ac grates for rooms: 101, 205; stains inside fridge for freezer portion for room: 206; stains inside of microwave for room: 203. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed hairs on mattress cover and pillow for room: 101; stains on mattress cover and hairs behind headrest area for room: 203; hairs on mattress cover and stains on pillow cover for room 205; stains on pillows for room: 206. Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed vent units with stains and debris for rooms: 104, 205, and 206; hairs in bathroom handsink for room 205. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(8) - ice supply
Observed stain on interior of ice machine white panel, corner in need of cleaning. Advised PIC that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
