1 - adequate, approved, permitted, protected potable water supply; no cross connection or back siphonage
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - water supply and sanitizing
Observed hot water temperatures for rooms exceeding 120F for rooms: 303 (129F), 307 (127F), 463 (129F), 489 (135F), 419 (128F), 448 (123F), 505 (124F), 511 (138F), 517 (122F), 547 (122F), 575 (123F), 985 (125F), 983 (128F), 979 (131F), 885 (130F), 979 (126F), 877 (128F). Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(8) - ice supply
Observed ice machines in need of cleaning debris and mold-like substance for floors: 8th, 9th, and 10th. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
