Advised PIC to store TCS foods by final internal cook temperature. COS: During inspection had PIC rearrange items,
Observed ice machine lid and cover blocking back handwashing sink. Advised PIC that all handwashing sinks shall be easily accessible at all times. COS: PIC removed ice machine lid and cover.

Observed sanitization concentration for sanitizer bucket measuring at 200 ppm CL. Advised PIC to dilute sanitizer bucket to have a concentration level between 50-100 ppm Cl. COS: PIC diluted sanitization concentration to 100 ppm Cl.
