Observed handwashing sink without paper towels. CA: Hand wash sink shall be provided with individual disposable towels. COS: PIC added disposable towels to the hand sink.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed water clogged inside of floor drain at the meat prep sink. CA: A plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Discussed with PIC maintaining plumbing system with a professional plumbing company. COS: Employee unclogged drain.

Observed food debris on shelving in walk in cooler. CA: Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of accumulation of food residue. Discussed with PIC cleaning of shelving.
