Observed raw fish and raw shell eggs stored above juice at grill prep prep top cooler. Also observed raw chicken stored with sour cream and tarter sauce at reach in cooler. Also observed raw shell eggs above vegetables in walk in cooler. COS: PIC moved items with proper separation. CA: Store food items according to final cook temp.

Upon arrival, observed container of peas and carrots in hand wash sink. COS: PIC moved to walk in cooler. CA: Hand wash sink shall remain unblocked and used for hand washing only.

Observed whole milk stored in walk in cooler dated with expiration date of January 16th. COS: PIC discarded. CA: Do not use expired products.

Observed single use single use cups stored on floor in dry storage. COS: PIC moved to shelf. CA: Properly store single use articles.
